Who we are?
CREAL is an agriculture research center and consultancy institute, based in Beirut, Lebanon.
CREAL applies a thorough scientific and holistic approach to agricultural development through the lenses of agronomy, economy, sociology & environment.
In 1981, CREAL created and adopted the Continuous Agriculture Information Program (CAIP) and improved the quality of data collection, processing, and analysis.
CREAL entered the new millennium by expanding its role to cover consultancy services in the fields of: agriculture (pre-harvest), agro-industry (post-harvest), water, food and energy security.

CONTINUOUS AGRICULTURAL INFORMATION PROGRAM – CAIP
The specific objective of this Program is to provide scientifically confirmed information about the vegetal and animal agricultural production of Lebanon. By its agronomical, macro and micro economic on-the-ground surveys, it delivers quarterly data with yearly Gross National Agricultural Product.
